Age Restrictions: This business's services and website use is explicitly restrict to individuals aged 18 and older.
Consultations & Suitability: All treatments require a face-to-face consultation to assess the client's suitability for any specific treatment in the assessment of the practitioner. A client's medical condition and medical history dictates treatment eligibility. Treatment outcomes and clinical results vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Change To Medical History: It is the client's responsibility to inform Dr Anna Richards if there is a change in their medical history (e.g., cold sores or pregnancy), allergies or medications (e.g., Isotretinoin).
Informed Consent: Every client needs to sign the clinic's consent forms detailing risks, downtime, and expected outcomes prior to any procedure.
Bookings: Clients are able to book appointments using the website booking link. This will open a calendar of available appointment times. It is more typical however for future appointment to be booked together with Dr Anna Richards at the end of the last face to face appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Clients will receive a reminder SMS of their forthcoming appointment. The SMS will typically be received four days before an appointment and asks for a "Y" to confirm attendance. Please ensure that your confirmation or cancellation is made no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or are a no-show, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged.
Right to Refuse Service: Dr Anna Richards has the right to deny treatment if a client is deemed clinically unsuitable for any particular treatment.
Post-Treatment & Emergencies: Clients are to follow any provided aftercare instructions. They are to seek medical attention from their GP or emergency services for urgent complications.
Changes in Terms, Conditions and Policies: Terms, Conditions and Policies may change without notice, but these changes if made will always be posted on this website.
